Thought this book has some words I don't know, I could enjy reading it and it is easy for me to read it. Mayb because the story is very simple so easy to follow, and interesting. Also I really like Suart, who is a main character of this book. His appearance is mouse, but his character is very humanized! ( I don't know if this word is correct to explain him.) He is lovely. I heard there was a movie of Stuart Little, I wanna watch it.

Diaries "Stuart Little"

I did big job today. My mother dropped her ring to the drain, and it was into too far to picked it up. My dad suggested to send me down after it, so I changed my clothes into the old one, and went down the drain! Finally I could go back with the ring around my neck, but it was more terrible to be in the drain than I expected. It was dark and slimy. Anyway, I am happy to see my mom was very glad about it.

Today is the worst day in my life. I was in kitchen watching my mom cook and I felt hungry, so when she opened the refrigerator to get something, I slipped inside to see if there was a piece of cheese. I supposed that she would see me, but she didn't!!! I screamed to help, but nobady could hear me, and I was stuck in refregiater untill my mom opended refregiater half an hour. It was horrible. I thought I gonna die.. Now I caught a bad cold. I hope it will be better soon.

She really liked to be here, and she said she has no husband. I think there is another reason that she has to go. I want to see her again. I can't give up finding her just staying at my home. I dicided to go to travel to find her. I got a car from a kind dentist, so my trip starts! I have worry to travel alone just a little bit, but I wanted to see Margolo.

Darren peep that Steve entreat Mr. Crepsly to join him as a companion of vampire. But Mr. Crepsley turn down Steeve's proposal when he say his blood is so evil. Darren is shocked that his best friend want to be a vampire. Some days later, Darren steal Madam Octa that attracts him most from Mr. Crepsley. But whem he and Stteve plays with Madam Octa, she bites Steeve by accident! Darren look for Mr. Crepsley to ask if he has the medice that cure poison of the spider, and Mr.Crepsley impose the condition on giving his medicine. It is that Darren has to be half vampire and help him. Darren don't want to follow him but he wants to save Steeve's life, he agree with that condition. That's start of his second life as a half-vampire.

This is a first book of the series " The sage of Daren shan". I love this series!! I've read all books of this series in Japanese when I was in junior high school. I don't remember the story exactly, so I can enjoy reading it again. I am sure that those who like to read Harry Potter must like this series, either. Daren Shan is exciting as well as Harry Potter. Also, it is good for me that English written in this book is much easier than one in Harry Potter! ( I gave up reading Harry Potter in English.) Another thing that makes this story interestind is that the writer betrays our ecpectation. I mean, I can't guess how the story will develop and the story is often unecpected. That's why it is exciting. I'm going to continue to read this series.

Q. What did you think when you went to the freak show?
To go to the freak show was the start of ruin my life, but... when I went there I thought it was amazing! I saw a lot of people that I've never seen before, such as sneak boy and wolf man. Especially, what excited me most was Madam Octa. You know, I love spider, and I was absorbrd in seeing her performance. If I didn't like spider so much, I wouldn't have tried to steal her, and of course haven't become a half vampire, and have lived with my family and friends peacefully.
Q.Do you hate Steeve?
No. He is still my best friend, even though I had to be half vampire to save his life and he hates me because he misunderstood things. I'm very sad and scared that he wants to kill me...
Q. What do you think about Mr. Crepsley?
He is the reason why I became a half vampire! I hates him! But I have to follw him all the rest of life. It's horrible.
Q.Are you missing your family?
Yes. I almost cry every night missing my family. Especially I miss my younger sister Annie. I love them. But I had to be away from them. It is better to do it than to kill them. I might do it because I'm a half vampire now...
Q. If you can go back the past, would you want to go back and what would you do?
I want to go back when my friend talked to us about the freak show and I would choose not to join them. Or I go back that day when I stole Madam Octa and I wouldn't do it. There are many moment that could save my life if I didn't do those things.

Charie's grandmas and granpas struggle for getting the medicine one another and they take too much medicnes greedily. As a result, they get younger too much and become back BABIES!!!

It is much fun to read book! As you know, this is a book that is sequel to Charie and the chocorate factory that I' ve read it and also wachted the movie. Among some Roald Dahl's book, this serise is my favorite. I like the character of Mr. Wonka, which is a kind of odd. Even though it has some words I don't know, I can guess them mostly by the context. I used the dictionary to search unfamilier words few times when I had time. So not only enjoy reading, but also I got some new words from this book. What a splendid book!!!

The best book in last semester
The BEST book I read last semester is "The Twists" written by Roald Dahl. This book is about a husband and wife. Both of them are so mean and try to trick each other. The reason why I like it is that it is fun to read their mischief to try to trick their partner. They use many kings of mischeif. Though it looks silly, it is funny. The best thing is their unique character. Usually, the hero or heroine of the story is brave or poor or somthing like thet. They are good character geberally. However, the main characters of this story are so mean, stupid, and duty. My favorite character is the monkeys, which is their pet. They are bullied by the couple, but they revenge on them at the end of this book.

It was interesting for me to read a lot of books, because I like to read the story in Japanese. So I could enjoy reading books in English either. However, I'm thinking about that I need to read book more high level or not. I chose only easy books to read last semster, it is fun, but I don't know it made improve my English. Anyway, I will try to read more high level books if I can enjoy it!

This book is kind of mistery. I enjoyed reading it as I tryed to solve Allegra's mistery. That mistery is really hard to solve and confusing a liitle bit. If you like mistery novels, I recommend you to read this book!

Sometimes story was compricated for me, and there are a lot of characers, so it confused me.
On the other hand, it was interesting that the woman detective hunted down a criminal little by little and arrested a criminal completely. But I should tell you that aftertaste is not good.
